    The spring equinox offers one of just two days each year when we find a balance between daylight and darkness.

    Join Laura, Sidney, and Tracy in celebrating this moment when sun and moon share the sky in equal parts with a special all-levels yin & yang remix that promises ~45 mins of the fire, heat, and power of 108 sun salutations followed by ~45 mins of release into cooling restoration and rest.

    As usual, we’ll toast the season’s change with snacks, sips, and some social time post-practice.

About me

I began my yoga journey as a path of self-study, looking for a remedy to sooth the soreness and tight muscles that developed from years of team sports and running competitively. In my early twenties, I began to understand that yoga was not only a means of physical wellness, but holistic growth.

I first fell in love with the beautiful shapes and postures of yoga, but stayed to pursue the mental peace that had become a part of my daily life. Not only did yoga provide a channel to ease my physical strain, but a path to mental clarity and perspective I never thought possible. Seeing that I truly had a passion for yoga, I quickly pursued my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through YogaWorks.

My goal as a yoga instructor is to incorporate energizing and safe postures, uplifting meditation, and calming breathwork into every practice. Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to inspire change—through holistic growth, I work through the mental and physical through meditative yoga that is both challenging and uplifting.
